the hotel itself is truly beautiful, with its charming and non-modern design. the rooms and overall environment were kept excellently clean. the staff, particularly a gentleman named Chimwemwe at the restaurant, were highly responsive, professional, and friendly. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the food at the hotel was excellent, especially at their indoor restaurant on the main floor. the location was also great, with convenient access to curio & crafts shops, supermarkets, and transportation.
No negatives from this place. 🌟

we would definitely go back when visiting lilongwe. there was free parking. 30 minutes by car from the airport. location, a short walk to all attractions.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, with some lovely areas nearby to explore.
The rooms were old and in need of upgrading. the carpet was dirty, and the shower had low pressure and inconsistent hot water.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and I was impressed with the featured amenities. The business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and 24-hour front desk made my stay convenient and hassle-free.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated conference room or meeting space. It would have been helpful to have a designated area for conducting meetings and presentations during my stay.

The staff were incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly, especially Chimwemwe at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the rooms were nicely clean. The WiFi connection was also excellent. The location was convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and transportation nearby.

Loved that this hotel had a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards. Made me feel really safe.in case I was attacked by a herd of window burglars or something.
No free dental and shaving kit. I had to bring my own gold-plated toothbrush and diamond-encrusted razor.
